1. Introduction

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product information. However, colors, packaging, and ingredients may vary slightly due to natural sourcing and traditional processing. All our products are made with care, following traditional and organic principles.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We accept secure payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets through trusted payment gateways.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch.

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

  • Vital Earth Food LLP reserves the right to cancel orders in case of suspicious activity or unavailability of stock.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. For bulk or international orders, please contact our team at : support@vitalearthfood.com.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee will apply (visible at checkout).

3. Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery time varies between 3–7 working days depending on location and courier service.

  • You will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

4. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics provider issues

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share pictures of the package/product if damaged.

  • We will assist in resolving the issue through replacement or refund as applicable.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (organic, food-grade), we do not accept returns once opened or used. However:

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or expired product, we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
